Followersy Trust & Security
This page is maintained by the Followersy team to answer common security and privacy questions about our service. It describes controls we currently have enabled and how we handle customer data — it is editable project content, not an independent certification.
Overview
Followersy is a social-growth platform where customers order engagement services (followers, likes, views, and similar) for public social accounts. We are the controller of the account data you give us (email, order details, payment metadata) and we rely on a small set of trusted platform providers — listed below — to host the service and process payments.
Security is a shared responsibility. We operate the application and choose providers with strong baseline controls; you remain responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for only ordering services for accounts you own or are authorized to promote.
Access & accounts
- To have a fluid experience, customers do not need to sign-in to place orders.
- We never ask for the password of your social media account. Orders only require the public profile URL.
Platform & hosting
The Followersy application is built by our team and runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Traffic to followersy.com is served over HTTPS with TLS, and the underlying database enforces row-level access rules so that records are scoped to the account that owns them.
Platform capabilities described here reflect features we have enabled. They are not a certification of Followersy by the platform provider.
Data we collect
- Account data: No account needed to place orders and use our services.
- Order data: the public profile URL, the service and quantity you ordered, order status, and timestamps.
- Payment metadata: the payment method chosen, the amount, currency, and a reference returned by the payment processor. Card numbers and crypto wallet keys never reach our servers.
- Support correspondence: messages you send us through the contact channels.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of providers to deliver the service. Each handles a specific function and is bound by its own terms and security commitments:
- Payment processors — card and cryptocurrency payment gateways enabled for your region; payment details are entered directly on the processor's hosted page.
- Social media fulfillment providers — upstream networks that execute the engagement orders you place. Only the public profile URL and the order parameters are shared with them.
Retention & deletion
Profile URL and order records are kept for as long necessary so we can answer support questions, comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations, and reconcile payments. We will remove personal data unless we are legally required to retain a specific record.
Privacy requests
To exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, or portability over your personal data, contact us through the contact and chat channels. For full policy detail, see our Terms & Privacy page.
Security contact & vulnerability reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting Followersy, please contact us through the contact and chat channels with a description of the issue and steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure, and do not access other customers' data, run denial-of-service tests, or social-engineer our staff.
Compliance
Followersy is a commercial software product. We do not currently hold independent certifications. We rely on the certifications and contractual commitments of our partners for the parts of the stack they operate, and we keep the controls described on this page in line with our own commitments to customers.
